We are a medium sized company specializing in the repair and maintenance of domestic
Property managed exclusively by property letting and management agencies such as yours.
Established in 1975, we set out to offer a multitude of different services with just ONE telephone call, this one call would ensure a qualified tradesman would promptly and economically repair or install any Electrical, Plumbing, security/fire alarms or locksmith/joinery requirements an agency would demand, obviously we would have to be reliable and extremely price competitive in this cut throat business. Well, we succeeded, and, after many years of watching our competitors come and go, we are still here, `conclusive proof’ we feel, that we are still doing things right!
To date, we currently serve sixteen of the well known property letting / management / estate agency companies throughout the North Manchester, North Wales, Chester and Liverpool area’s, however, to ensure a more stable monthly workload, we feel that we need to introduce our services to other agencies with the view of obtaining more work contracts whether they be simple repairs or additions to existing works or new installations. We currently operate within an 90 mile radius of our head office in North Wales and can usually carry out repairs within 1 HOUR!
Many agencies can run completely free of any tenant reported faults or requested installations for weeks at a time as you must be aware, during these `slack’ periods, our tradesmen still need work so to ensure they get it, our clients are guaranteed realistic value for money prices All Year Round!
